At Casa & Chaos Co., every order is packed with care. Because our stickers are made in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong design, or normal wear after use.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your order should arrive cute, correct, and ready for its new home. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email casachaosco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Lost or Missing Packages

Casa & Chaos Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office before reaching out.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at casachaosco@gmail.com, and we'll gladly help review the tracking information and discuss the next steps.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been packaged or shipped.

If you need to cancel your order, please email casachaosco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
